Treasure Island Marina
400-Slip Marina Project Currently Underway
Kenwood Investments originally acquired the exclusive right in 2000 to develop a new marina at Treasure Island, receiving an 11-0 vote of approval from the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. After years of planning and a meticulous approval process, Kenwood Investments has secured new approval from the Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) to construct a new 168-slip marina in Clipper Cove, Treasure Island.
The marina will be constructed in phases, with work set to begin in 2026. It is expected to take about two years to complete, with all water-related work planned to be finished within a single season. With the project now approved and construction on the horizon, Kenwood Investments is poised to transform Clipper Cove into a state-of-the-art marina for the next generation of sailors.
