Treasure Island Marina Project Receives Final Approval — Construction Set to Begin in 2026

Kenwood Investments is proud to announce a major milestone in the long-anticipated Treasure Island Marina redevelopment.

Originally granted the exclusive right in 2000 to design and construct a new marina at Treasure Island, Kenwood Investments has received unanimous approval from the Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) to move forward with the project.

The new 168-slip marina will replace the existing Treasure Island facility in Clipper Cove, offering state-of-the-art amenities designed for the next generation of sailors. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and will be completed in phases, with all water-related work taking place within a single season.

This approval marks a significant step in realizing Kenwood’s vision to reimagine San Francisco’s waterfront and deliver a modern, sustainable marina that enhances access, recreation, and community connection across the Bay.
